We have the honor to invite every adult member, plus adult family and friends to an extraordinary event:

 

A dinner and silent auction, to be held at RLC on Friday, February 5.

 

The formal, sit-down dinner will be served to guests by members of the mission team, and includes the following:

 

Salad and Rolls

Wine

Main course:  Chicken Divan

Dessert & Coffee

 

The RLC Jazz Band will be performing.

 

Guests will have the opportunity to bid on many unique, beautiful, useful items, donated by local businesses and members of this congregation.

 

Bidding on auction items begins at 6:00 P.M.

 

Dinner will be served at 7:00 P.M.

 

Final bids in at 8:15 P.M.

 

Successful bidders announced at 8:30 P.M.

 

A donation of $20 per person is requested.

 

This event is to raise funds for the RLC Mission Team’s trip to the Navajo Lutheran Mission, Rock Point, Arizona on April 6-13, 2010.

 

There, the Mission Team will be performing much needed work at their reservation, as well as providing spiritual guidance for the community, especially the children.
